Our school, inspired by the CEEDs values, is the heartfelt dream of three compassionate women, led by Ms. Minna Mathew, an RCI-recognized clinical psychologist. Early Support That Makes a Difference
Ms. Minna Mathew, Clinical Psychologist, M.A., M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology has been working in the field of mental health for the last 15 years. She is an RCI licensed practitioner (CRR No. A12296), specializing in behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, play therapy, neuropsychology, and applied behavior analysis.
She has extensive experience in working with children and adolescents, guiding parents, and designing therapeutic programs for diverse psychological needs. Her focus includes cognitive development, social skills, emotional regulation, and improving learning strategies. She also offers tailored support for higher education guidance and adaptive behavior improvement.
Minna has been a university rank holder at both graduation and post-graduation levels. With a passion for empowering individuals, her mission is to promote mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being.

Mrs. Betsy Paul brings a unique blend of professional expertise and heartfelt commitment to her role as the Director and Managing Partner of Sparkles School and Child Development Centre.
With over 10 years of experience as an IT professional in leading multinational companies, she cultivated skills in leadership, management, and problem-solving that now empower her to lead Sparkles with vision and efficiency.
Driven by a deep passion to make a meaningful difference, Mrs. Betsy transitioned from the corporate world to the field of child development, dedicating herself to the mission of supporting neurodivergent children and their families. Her decision to step into this role reflects her belief that every child deserves equal opportunities to learn, grow, and shine in their own unique way.
At Sparkles, she strives to create an environment that is inclusive, nurturing, and innovative, ensuring that children receive not only the right therapies and education but also the encouragement to build confidence and independence.
Her leadership is inspired by the vision of bringing positive change to the lives of neurodivergent children while guiding Sparkles to be a centre of excellence in holistic development.

Ms. Najmunneesa A.K. is a dedicated Senior Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders in children and adults. A certified OPTist, she combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, evidence-based approach to help individuals achieve confident and effective communication.
Prathibha Augustus
Dr. Prathibha Augustus is a compassionate Clinical Psychologist with an M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS and a Ph.D. (awaiting viva voce) from the National Forensic Sciences University. She specializes in trauma-focused CBT and evidence-based therapies for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and post-trauma recovery.

Ms. Keerthana R. B. is a dedicated occupational therapist with a Bachelor’s degree from Meenakshi Academy of Higher Education and Research. With strong experience in pediatric therapy, she works with children having developmental delays, sensory processing disorders, ADHD, and ASD.
